We stayed here for 2 nights, it was VERY PLEASANT.

It had large and bright room and helpful staff at check-out. It had a great setting very close to metro as well as multiple 24/7 convenience shops, supermarkets, restaurants and places of interest nearby...

The apartment has great and magnificent just next door to several bus stops to the golden as well as centre. Staff are decent here, at check-out.

The room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary facilities like a fridge and microwave. the bathroom was spacious and the washing machine was a great addition. the location was convenient, with easy access to bus stops that took us to popular tourist sites.

The lighting in the room was too harsh, making it feel less cozy. There were no bedside lamps or ambient lighting options.

Well-equipped and good sized rooms, everything was excellent.

super clean room with nice view. comfortable bed and AC. has a little book in English explaining how to use everything in the room - even some cheap cooking recipes. bathroom is nice with shampoo/conditioner/body wash. staff member is friendly and helpful. it's in a local area - close to interesting temples.

My children wanted a play area or some form of entertainment specifically catered to kids.

We stayed at Oyo Hotel Musubi for a few nights during our trip to Kyoto. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The receptionist was friendly and helpful, recommending the Y600 bus card which made it easy to travel around the city. The location was great, with a short walk to the metro station and a supermarket nearby. Additionally, we appreciated being able to leave our luggage after check-out to continue exploring the city. I highly recommend this hotel.

At the day of check-in, we received a thoughtful email from the receptionist offering us an early check-in due to bad weather. The room was clean, cozy, and equipped with a small kitchen, making it convenient for us. The receptionist was nice and responsive throughout our stay.

Although there were a few minor improvements that could be made, such as providing hand soap and a dryer in the building, these did not significantly impact my overall experience. The room was clean and comfortable, offering everything I needed for a pleasant stay.

My kids wished there were more restaurants in the neighborhood. However, we stumbled upon the Tom Sawyer Bakery just a short walk from the hotel, which had a fantastic selection of pastries at affordable prices.

The studio was super clean and spacious, and the small kitchen and washing machine were a great bonus. We loved exploring the neighborhood and the convenience of having two grocery stores nearby. Plus, the hotel was not far from tourist spots like the Golden Pavilion, making it a perfect base for our adventures in Kyoto.

The only thing that could have made our stay even better is if there were more fun activities or nightlife options for young party-goers in the area. While the hotel was located in a quiet and local neighborhood, it would have been great to have some more lively venues or entertainment options nearby.
